Ice Out NY is not liable for missing or lost packages once tracking shows delivered. Please use the tracking number we provide to follow your order until it is delivered. Should you never receive your order, but the tracking number shows that it’s been delivered, please check with your mailman, neighbors or building manager/mail room, before contacting us. Some times the mailman will scan the pre-scan the package the package and deliver it within 24hrs. If you're still not able to locate the package after checking all points above, please contact us. Dependent on the circumstances, we may be able to provide additional resources to help you find a positive solution.
You will automatically receive an email with tracking information once your order has been processed. Keep in mind processing may take 1-2 business days. If you did not receive an email, check your spam folder and ensure that the email you provided us was in fact correct.
Returns
All orders placed within 14 days of delivery are eligible for return/exchange. If you would like to make an exchange or return, please contact to support@iceoutny.com with your order number. Returns made without contacting our team will not be processed.
If the item is returned and upon inspection found worn, you will not be refunded and will be required to pay shipping to have it returned to you. Product care
Jewelry should be kept absolutely dry. If your jewelry is not used frequently, keep it stored in the provided dust bag. Good storage boxes are lined with tarnish-proof fabric and have a separate space for each individual piece. If your climate is humid, place a small packet of desiccant crystals inside your storage area. Avoid storing the jewelry with rubber products. Always remove your jewelry when applying colognes, perfumes or other chemical products.
Chlorine, especially at elevated temperatures, can permanently damage or discolor your gold jewelry. Gently clean your gold or vermeil jewelry with a soft polishing cloth. Be sure not to over-polish jewelry, especially vermeil, because it can damage the finish.
Some notes for cleaning jewelry:
1. For extremely dirty jewelry, use a soft-bristled toothbrush (be sure not to use a stiff-bristled toothbrush or it could damage the finish) and if necessary, gentle soap to clean the vermeil jewelry under warm running water. Make sure you rinse well and wipe with a soft non-abrasive cloth to dry. Water residue can cause staining. Make sure the piece is fully dry before returning to storage.
2. Many websites recommend a baking soda and water (mix in equal parts and cake on the vermeil, leaving for about 10 minutes before rinsing clean) cleaning method, but we have found this doesn’t work very well.
3. Buff or clean the vermeil with a soft, dry cotton cloth. DO NOT over polish with silver polishing cloth on the vermeil. It will strip the finish off, leaving you with just the sterling silver underneath.

NoFraud is a fraud prevention solution for eCommerce businesses. They screen transactions on behalf of businesses and alert them if they find a transaction is at high risk for fraud. This protects consumers against unauthorized credit card use and protects businesses against fraud chargebacks.
You received an email from NoFraud because your transaction had an irregular shopping characteristics and/or elevated risk. NoFraud wants to confirm the transaction was made by the authorized cardholder.
After you confirm the transaction there is nothing else you need to do unless you have been asked by a fraud analyst to provide additional information.
NoFraud will never ask you for your full credit card number, social security number or any other personal information.
In most cases, as soon as your response is received, your order will be released for processing.
